Your data and BG AUTOMATION
BG AUTOMATION is operated by the BG Care / Beaurev Global team ("we", "us"). It is used by authorized administrators to publish posts to our own Facebook Page. This policy explains how we handle data used for that function and information sent to us about privacy requests.
1. Information we use
Depending on the permissions granted through Facebook, we may process:
- Facebook account and Page identifiers, Page names, and permissions needed to identify the authorized administrator and Page.
- Facebook access tokens used to authenticate authorized publishing requests.
- Post text, images or other content provided for publication, and the resulting post identifiers and links.
- Limited technical records, such as request times, publishing status and error messages, for troubleshooting and security.
- Your email address and information you provide when contacting us or requesting deletion.
The app's purpose is Page publishing. It does not use private messages, customer payment details or sensitive personal information for this function. Please do not include unnecessary personal data in content submitted for publication.
2. How we use information
We use this information to confirm access to our Page, carry out authorized posting requests, confirm whether posts were published, maintain security, resolve technical problems and respond to privacy requests. We do not sell Facebook data or use it for unrelated profiling or advertising.
3. Sharing and service providers
Content submitted for publication is sent to Meta/Facebook and is visible according to the post's Facebook audience settings. Access tokens authenticate API requests and are not included in published posts.
Service providers supporting authorized automation, AI-assisted work, email, storage or hosting may process information needed for those services. Access should be limited to the authorized task. This policy page is hosted by Cloudflare. Providers may process information outside your country.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the security of the app. Meta and other providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies, including Meta's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as needed for authorized publishing, troubleshooting, security, responding to requests or applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, or after a valid deletion request, we delete it unless retention is required by law.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including authenticated access and HTTPS for API requests. No system can guarantee complete security.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with BG AUTOMATION, or ask us to stop using it.
- Email ea@beaurev.com with the subject BG AUTOMATION Data Deletion.
- Provide your Facebook Page name or ID and enough information to identify the relevant data. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- We may verify your authority over the account or Page before acting. We will respond to explain the action taken or any information we need.
You can also revoke the app's access through Facebook's Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings, where applicable. Removing access stops future authorized access; contact us to request deletion of data already held by us. Deleting app records does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook; these can be managed directly on your Page.
6. This policy page
This page has no contact form, advertising pixels or analytics added by us. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site.
7. Updates and contact
